Booking & Deposit Policy:

To secure your appointment, a $10 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit locks in your date and ensures we reserve that time slot specifically for your vehicle.

• The deposit is non-refundable unless the detailer needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If a reschedule is necessary on our end, the deposit will either be refunded in full or applied to your new appointment, based on your preference.

• Clients who cancel or fail to show without at least 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy helps us serve all clients fairly and maintain a consistent schedule.

General Liability:

• The client understands that while utmost care is taken during the detailing process, accidents and unforeseen damages can occur.
• The client agrees to hold the detailing service provider harmless for any accidental damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or any other damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior.

Personal Belongings:

• The client is responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from the vehicle before the detailing service.
• The detailing service provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Pre-existing Conditions:

• The client acknowledges that any pre-existing conditions, damage, or wear and tear on the vehicle will be documented before the detailing service begins.
• The detailing service provider is not liable for any issues related to pre-existing conditions.

Chemical Sensitivities:

• The client acknowledges that various cleaning agents and chemicals are used during the detailing process.
• The detailing service provider is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities the client or passengers may have to these products.

Warranty and Guarantees:

• The detailing service provider offers no explicit or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome of the detailing service.
• Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle’s interior materials.

Service Limitations:

• The client understands that certain stains, odors, and damages may not be completely removable.
• The detailing service provider will make every reasonable effort to clean and restore the vehicle’s interior but does not guarantee perfection.

Payment and Cancellations:

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Environmental Considerations:

• The client agrees to disclose any environmental hazards or concerns that may affect the detailing process.
• The detailing service provider is not responsible for any environmental damages resulting from the detailing service.

Liability Limitation:

• The detailing service provider’s liability for any damages arising from the service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the detailing service.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:
I, the undersigned client, have read and fully understand this liability waiver and service agreement. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above and authorize the interior car detailing service to proceed with the detailing of my vehicle.
